Shipping and Returns

Package Shipping
Shipping costs will vary depending on the chosen courier service and the destination country. Orders are shipped via a door-to-door transport agency. If you need your order to arrive on a specific date (e.g., birthday), please let us know when completing your order in the "Comments" section.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 15 days from the delivery date to return it (according to Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade Regulation, amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19).

If the reason for the return is that the product received is defective, the return cost will be free of charge. If the reason is different (e.g., incorrect size or color selected), the return costs and risks will be borne by the customer, who must send the product back to the sender via courier service (not regular mail).

It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or refund properly packaged, keeping the original wrapping whenever possible, and with the garment tags in perfect condition. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept the return.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, we will process the refund within 30 days.
